About Gargi College

About the Event
The Roar of Courage: SAHAS is the Annual Fest of Gargi College NCC Society. The Fest features daring events like drills, games, athletics, cultural events and more such daring and adventurous activities. Once again, Gargi College cordially invites all NCC students to take part in this day full of zeal, enthusiasm and Josh.
Events Details
All cadets are encouraged to participate in the following events:
- Squad Drill
- Quarter Guard
- Best Cadet Competition*
- Cultural Competition: Dance Performance
- Model Making: Best Out Of Waste on the Theme: Viksit Bharat
- Obstacle Race: Guts and Glory
- Video and Photography

**NOTE:
- Only distinct students are allowed to participate in the ‘Best Cadet Competition’ and ‘the Obstacle Race’.
- Students participating in these events should be different, students found to be participating in both will be disqualified from both, or even result in the whole team being disqualified.
Important Guidelines
- This event is for NCC cadets only.
- Registration: Registration is pre-requisite for participation in any activity and even for entry in the college premises.
Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. - Deadline: All teams should be registered online (through the link given below) before March 3rd 2024, 1200 Hrs.
- College Seniors: Only two college seniors per college per wing per division will be allowed entry with the college team.
- College ID: All members need to bring their college ID, entry won’t be allowed without ID.
- Entry: Teams must enter the college with all the members, no late comings allowed. The timing for entry is sharp 0700 Hrs.
- Verification: The registration verification desk will close promptly at 0800 hrs. Please ensure you arrive on time to complete the registration process.

- Event Date: 5 March 2024
- Venue: Gargi College, Siri Fort
- Reporting Time: 0700 Hrs
Registration Process:
- Registrations will be done online. Registration is on first come first serve basis, so register quick.
- Registration should be done by college seniors only.
- Last date to get your team registered is 03 March 2024 till 1200 Hrs. No entries will be accepted on the day of the event.
- Prepare a list of names of students who will participate. Details of each student must be prepared in the following format and uploaded in XLS, DOC, DOCX or PDF format only.
