Future of Work: Industry 4.0, Innovation & 21st Century Skills

In a time of tumultuous international relations, the world faces multiple transnational threats to human survival. With a widening disparity between the rich and developing worlds, the new age wars, pandemics, climate change, weapons race, and war by other means have seriously disrupted international peace and security. Prioritizing international participation and promoting intercultural conversation and understanding are essential for addressing these issues and advancing world peace. Multiculturalism and negotiations are two key concepts for the new inclusive order. Undoubtedly, the challenges to global peace need to be prioritised in multilateral engagement.

Peace-building and Reconciliation: Ushering in an Era of No War

The triple threat of the Covid-19 epidemic, declining international institutions, and mishandling of the planet’s resources have increased global fragility and made nations all around the world more prone to conflict and war. International security is also threatened by cross-border terrorism and the growth and involvement of non-state actors in conflicts. Without a question, international activities need to prioritise the threats to world peace.

Peace-building and Reconciliation: Ushering in an Era of No War

Two of the most important issues facing humanity right now are the mitigation of disaster risk and climate change. As youth leaders, it is our duty to be aware of the difficulties we all face and to work toward locating the obstacles and coming up with solutions that will prioritise and assure lasting change.By taking control of the issue, we would thereafter be able to improve both our own lives and the lives of future generations. We can endeavour to create a more resilient and environmentally sustainable future for everybody by embracing sustainability.

Shared Future: Youth in Democracy and Governance

Participatory governance, in which citizens participate in democratic decision-making processes, is the new paradigm of sound government and effective democracy. Social media is upending long-established conventions and procedures in how democracies operate. Technology’s introduction into government and the general public’s increased access to it have democratised the systems in previously unheard-of ways. It is time to reach a worldwide agreement on this urgent subject so that we can influence our own legacy.
