On the occasion of Environment Health Day, Sankhyiki in collaboration with the Environmentalist Foundation of India (EPI) is organising an online webinar and a poster-making competition. Speaker for the webinar is Arun Krishnamurthy Sir. He is an environmentalist.

About the Speaker
Arun Krishnamurthy is an Indian environmental activist who has initiated the campaign of cleaning various lakes across India. He is known for founding the Environmentalist Foundation of India (EFI) in 2011 based in Chennai which has its branches in 15 states and other cities such as Hyderabad, Delhi, and Coimbatore. Arun with the organization has been successful in cleaning at least 169 lakes in the country. He was chosen as among the five people for the prestigious Rolex Awards for Enterprise award in 2012 for scientific lake restoration in Chennai.

Rules of Poster Making Competition
There are some basic rules for the poster-making competition.
- Each participant can submit only 1 poster.
- Hand-made poster, as well as the digital poster, is allowed.
- The poster must be made on the A4 size sheet with margins drawn with a black pen/marker.
- Plagiarism of any kind simply means disqualification.
- Your entries should be submitted in PDF format along with your name college and course.

Poster Entry Last Date-1st October 2022 (12 pm)
Webinar Date and Timing-1st October 2022, 6 pm onwards
Certificates and Appreciation
- Each participant would be given participation certificates along with the signed certificate from prestigious speaker (Mr.Arun) founder of E.F.I
- Best entries will get a shoutout on our official Instagram Handel
- Opportunity to know EFI and opportunity to work with them
