About the opportunity for a legal internship
As LegalPay expands, they are looking to hire legal interns to work in the team that handles legal and insolvency matters. LegalPay is dedicated to fostering an inclusive working culture and promotes

Eligibility
• The ideal candidate should be available for an office internship, be in their final year of law school, or be pursuing an LLM or graduate degree.
• The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Companies Act, Contracts Act, Civil Procedure Code, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Litigation, etc., should all be familiar to candidates.
Roles and responsibilities
• Assisting the legal team with the creation and drafting of contracts, petitions, and other legal documents.
• Conducting legal research.
• Helping the legal staff with their daily tasks.
• Providing assistance to other departments as required.
• Maintaining records of data.
• Customer interaction.
Skills required for the Internship
• The ideal candidate will possess the necessary writing, grammar, organisational, and research skills.
• The ideal candidate will be proficient in English and have strong drafting abilities.
