The internship is an opportunity to encounter real-world problems and develop the ability to deal with them. It provides practical knowledge of the work. The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology has come up with a new internship DIGITAL INDIA INTERNSHIP SCHEME 2022
Eligibility for the Internship
Students from recognized university in India with at least 60% marks in the latest examination held and pursuing
- BE/B.Tech
- BA(Economics (H))
- MBA
- LLB
- M.Sc
- MCA/DOEACC ‘B’ level
- B.Com(H)/M.Com
Duration of Internship
Minimum:- 2months
Can be extended to 3 months
Depending on the performance/ requirement of the ministry
Location
New Delhi
Pre-Requisite
- Interested students who are eligible can apply only on the web portal of the ministry for the internship scheme for the year 2022.
- Letter of recommendation from sponsoring/forwarding institution.
- Passport size photo and signature in document form (jpg, png)
Selection for the Internship
- Shortlisting of interns and selection would be done by their respective domains.
- In the selection process, personal and Skype interviews may be conducted, in case of necessity.
Stipend
- After a satisfactory performance, Intern would receive Rs. 10,000 per month as a token stipend.
- Payment would be done after completion of the internship.
