Law students are wanted by Jain & Partners. Please take aware that the internship is physical. As a result, the candidate will need to visit the workplace every day.
Eligibility for the Internship
Candidates with prior IPR internship experience who also have strong writing and research skills will be given preference.
Roles and responsibilities
would mostly consist of research, examination of related IP/Trademark similar marks, aid with drafting, trade-mark watch, Journal search, preparation of case summaries, and content production.
Expected skills for the Internship
Intellectual property rights are the primary focus of this area of law.

- Non-Assessment Interns – 3
- Assessment Interns – 1
Stipend
- Stipend for Non-Assessment Interns: Rs 2000/- for two months
- Stipend for Assessment Interns: Rs 5000/- per month
Duration of Internship
Duration for Non-Assessment Interns: Minimum of two months
Duration for Assessment Interns: Four months
