Vice Chancellor Internship Scheme is launched this year by the University of Delhi so that students can experience a sense of responsibility. Here are the details of this internship.
Eligibility:
- All bona fide regular students of the University of Delhi studying in any course/stream at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels are eligible to apply for Internship programs.
- There should not be any backlog
Duration and Time Period
- The maximum period of an internship shall not exceed six months under any circumstances from the time of joining.
- VCIS can be availed by a student only once during a course of study at the University of Delhi.
Stipend and Certificate:
- Rs. 5,000 per month during the academic session
- Summer Interns: Rs. 10,000 per month
- A certificate from the Dean of Students’ Welfare at the end of the internship
Documents
- A ‘Letter of Recommendation’ from his/her Head of the Department / College/ Centre on the letterhead (duly stamped). Click Here to download LoR

The procedure of registration-
- Get LoR signed by the head of the college
- Apply through the Google form given below.
Process of Hiring
- Hiring will be done on the basis of LoR and interviews.
