Introduction of Delhi University
Delhi University or the University of Delhi is a central government university located at the National Capital Territory of Delhi. It was established by an act, of the central legislative assembly in the year 1922. Its function is divided into two parts, the academic departments of the university and constituent colleges. Delhi University has started its function with three colleges and 750 students. Today, it has 91 colleges, 86 departments, and 16 faculties spread over the north and south campus.
