BIG DATA COMPUTING

About the course ;

The amount of data generated every minute in today’s fast-paced digital world has increased dramatically. Just a few examples include uploads to social media sites, digital photos and videos, purchase transaction records, and GPS signals from cell phones. Big data refers to this quantity of massive data with various speeds and types, and its analytics allow experts to transform extensive data through statistical and quantitative analysis into potent insights that can guide effective decision-making. The terminology and fundamental ideas behind big data issues, applications, systems, and techniques that form the basis of current big data computing technologies are thoroughly explained in this course. It offers an introduction to some of the most popular frameworks, including Apache Spark, Hadoop, MapReduce, large-scale data storage technologies, including in-memory key/value storage systems, NoSQL distributed databases, Apache Cassandra, HBase, and big data streaming platforms, including Apache Spark Streaming and Apache Kafka Streams. We will also look at other Big Data Analytics applications employing Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Graph Processing, and many more methods as we cover the principles and approaches. The course is appropriate for all undergraduate and graduate students as well as working engineers and scientists from a variety of professions who are interested in learning about the most cutting-edge Big Data Computing applications.

Administration of the course ;
